The Ryan
Dixon Group
TOV strategy, concept and digital strategy.
Work produced for FOXHAT.
Good real estate is hard to find, good TOV concepts don’t need to be. When New Zealand's The Ryan Dixon Group decided to split from their Ray White Remuera identity, I wrote a tone of voice that distilled their service to its core purpose. Because amongst the houses and apartments and investment opportunities, sometimes all their clients are searching for is the right agent.
Concentrating on the word ‘find’ and forming a coordinates motif throughout, the concept drives home TRDG’s ability to locate the best in the here and now — with the digital strategy embedding that idea deep in the local community’s rich heritage and scenery.
AGENT BIO
Alex Smith
Finds meaning in moves of any scale.
Alex knows to follow his intuition — which is how he found himself on the other side of the world, helping others find homes as he settled into a new one in Remuera. Honest, reliable and a key player in a team known for performance, he’s heavy on strategy (not the jargon that follows). They may say years in the game are everything — but Alex is focussed on experience of a different kind. Because when your destination is the house of your dreams, sometimes you’ll find the journey makes the difference.

LOST AND FOUND.
Lost: “A time in real estate where connection was put over commission, and agents worked for clients’ interests, not their own. Where promises weren’t empty, and listings were full of potential (not money lining suit pockets). I’m looking for real estate outside its current state”.
